The route chefs have succeeded in turning the road network between Strasbourg and Luxembourg into a highly interesting and challenging route, offering a wide variety of open stretches and winding roads.
Although Hans van der Kooij and Bas de Rijk are still leading the Expert class, the battle remains completely open. In the Sporting class, the differences at the top of the ranking are negligible. In the Touring class, the significant gap between first and second place has been reduced to 260 points. The contenders in the Pre-2000 category are neck and neck.
A gem of a coffee stop by Lake Pierre-Percée, finally with sunshine! Followed by a beautiful rural landscape. In the morning, there was a test session at Circuit de Chenevières. During lunch, participants overlooked the fairways of Golf de Faulquemont.
Participants of the Partnerrallye awaited the crews at the well known Parc Hotel Alvisse, where all rally cars also refueled with Ecomaxx for the final stage.
